TYRES IN SUPER-ELASTIC RUBBER FOR INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS

THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS
 
The full super-elastic rings are built with three different types of rubber.
 
     1) The perimeter of the external part, the tread, is in anti-abrasion rubber, with
         a low coefficient of resistance to the rolling.
 
     2) The intermediate part is in elastic rubber, to quench the vibrations and the   crashes,
          giving to the ring an optimal comfort of gear.
        
 
     3) The heel, being the part which is in contact with the disk, is in rubber of high elastic
          module, and it has in is interior particular rings in iron.
          

This technique of construction permits having a heel, that adapts itself in a perfectly way to the disk, avoiding the possibility of slipping of the rings to the rim.

 

THE RINGS OF THE SUPER-ELASTIC SERIE CAN BUILT WITH BLENDS TOO

Trackless
This is a line which was born for being put on mechanical-ploughs, floor-disher, or on other machines, that work in ambient, where the cleanness and the hygiene are in the first place.This blend has a peculiarity: it doesn't stain the area during its passage, and it resists chemical weapons, however maintaing an optimal fluency and a good resistance to the abrasion.
Warmthless

It's a line used on superficies with temperature between 100° and 130°.

 

 "Grecate"
This is a line realized with a constructive technique relatively simply, for the common uses of handling, to make very competitive the economic value of every ring.This line is principally used on drawn trucks , where are privileged big capacity to maximum speed of 10 Km/h.
